your tale skips why the outfit wanted you dead before you started paying money. you sound a bit judgemental and should look to your own actions for blame and accept your own responsibility for the mess youre in.

I have never meet this guy, but the way it sounds is “Al Capone” was out looking for the drugs, you got them, got addicted or what ever and now are pissed. What is suppose to do when you come in there and say your in pain. Really what does he do “say no your not get the hell out of my office” People you were the ones looking fot the stuff. And for you editor thats messed up don’t know wut to think about that. Here is some good advice, if you go to a dr cause you think you are depressed cause some1 died, you lost a job or your girlfriend, Don’t ask for pills, DEAL WITH THE PROBLEM TIME WILL HEAL IT TRUST ME. Don’t medicate your problems cause NOW YOU HAVE 2 PROBLEMS. So real you guys want to blame this guy because you peeps went to him looking for drugs. Was he standing on a street corner selling them? NO! you went to him…THINK ABOUT IT!!!

Why the need for throwing stuff out that you will deal with them legally? You opend your life on the internet, and in all fairness made it optional to put in comments. If you can’t handle that without making threats back about legal action, maybe you need to consider not having a web page or one with the availbilty of leaving comments.
Now regardless of the fact of wether you belive Dr. Giacchino is or is not a pill pusher, his clinic is advertised as “pain management” so for him to be handing out large quanities of pain med dosen’t seem that far fetched. I personally know people who have gone there and that have been told NO to pain meds. And yes some that have been told yes, all of them did the mandatory urine specimens signed the necessary legal paper work that goes along with being but on narcotic pain meds. In my personal and humble opinion it sounds like this is more of personal vendetta against the Doctor then a valid issue with him. Now I want to be clear when I end this that I am not making false allegations just stating my opinion from what I read in this article.

Thank you for your interest. I would be glad to clear things for you. Prior to turning to Catholicism, I was trying to find my identity. I basically experimented with different social cultures by getting to know all different types of people. Yes, I have met some shady people over the years. However, I have also met a large number of very upstanding individuals as well.
Your grandmother (whom I assume has passed on) sounds like she was a very special woman. I do not consider myself a ‘reformed sinner’. A rapist, killer, thief, fraudster (etc.) that turns to religion would fit that description, not me. I am a person who has simply found his identity.
You infer that I am taking ‘everyone down’. Not true!
I have not done anything that should warrant a death sentence!
I believe that my life is in jeopardy because of money. Apparently many people believed that had a lot of money. I also appeared generous with spending money. Some believed that I was in possession of money that my late father (a former Teamsters official) supposedly left me. Some thought this money was the lion’s share of some illicit pile of Teamster/Outfit skim from the 1970s and 1980s. Giacchino verified this rumor himself (in the presence of a witness).
Unfortunately, I made a foolish decision to expose myself to people associated with my late father, like Jack P. Cerone. Cerone, a major Chicago Outfit associate, was the centerpiece of other troubling connections that came my way, like Dr. Giacchino, Michael G. Magnafichi, John DiFronzo and Rudy Fratto (and others).
These barbarians, whose lifestyles would prove they are appropriately referred to as such, are the individuals that targeted me in hopes to get their hands on money they believed was in my possession.
I was a confused young man without an identity and I appeared to have a never ending pile of money. I suppose I could have been called a mark. I finally wised up and cut down on my careless spending, shutting off the faucet on Cerone and friends.
Cerone had guys like Rudy Fratto seek me out, attempting to keep my money coming into their circles. These people had restaurants and sports betting operations that I patronized as a customer. In fact, Super Bowl of 2002/2003 was the clincher. From that time, Jack P. Cerone and Rudy Fratto, via the Chicago Outfit, targeted me, creating that infamous complication to my life. Giacchino eventually slaked his greed by targeting me the same way the Outfit did when he learned of all of this in 2004. My articles and lawsuit against Giacchino explain the rest.
I met Dr. Giacchino as a patient (I was referred by Cerone). This was in 1996. The Melrose Park Clinic originally was a family medical center with a physical therapy department. After severing ties with Giacchino in the late summer of 2006, Dr. Giacchino opened the ‘pain’ department.
Please reread my articles with this in mind. Before you begin, I will reiterate for you what my take is on how Giacchino gets away with his illicit operation. First, I am sure that Giacchino legitimately treats hundreds if not thousands of real patients. However, I know that he treats a great deal of patients that act as trusted agents that recruit other conspirators that are willing to pretend to be in pain. This is why Giacchino will never get caught until one of his agents turns on him. I have outlined this in my articles.
For these reasons I have decided to expose him, hoping to learn something new that I can forward on to law enforcement. Dr. Giacchino is too smart to fall for an undercover law enforcement agent posing as a patient. He has his agents to insulate him from that sort of problem.
I do not think that he has the entire State Police Department on his payroll. In the 1980s he had Anthony Erbacci Jr (a lawyer involved with the State of Illinois). Today he has someone who is married to a close aid and friend of Illinois State Senator Jimmy DeLeo. I will expand on this subject in a future article.

I have been seeing Dr. Giacchino since I have had surgery on my neck, 2 discs removed and replaced with bone from my hip, as well a a titanium plate behind my esophagus. I was very depressed losing my construction career in the union and resulting to working in retail, he has helped me immensely dealing with depression and chronic pain that I will have to deal with the rest of my life. I am only 33 but somehow I feel I see things a little different than you and your followers about my doctor, Dr. Giacchino. You have wasted so much energy and time telling your story of tragedy, I do feel for you, but seriously there are more things to be concerned with than “The Eternal Flame” painting. Presidents and senators have also done all of us wrong with the patriot act, every day we lose more of our rights that my forefathers have fought for, waking up in the middle of the night screaming, resulting to alcohol to try and forget what they went through (not pills). But here you are attacking a great doctor and praising yourself about being a reformed devout catholic, I’m not sure about you but what I learned in church is not what your preaching. I have witnessed with my own eyes and heard the “pill searchers” denied for medication they asked for with ought proper documents or M.R.I.’s or X-Rays. Dr.Giacchino has checked my records and I signed all the necessary paper work for my treatment. I know this holds no water with you, you have your own opinion about my doctor. He has helped me and hopefully will be able to continue to. One thing though, a parent wrote that his child was prescribed Oxycontin, Vicodin, and I think Valium or Xanax, that would never happen. Oxycontin or Vicodin, it would be one or the other, not both, and Dr. G. does not give out Oxycontin with ought proper medical records as I stated earlier. I heard him deny a man for Oxycontin and made him leave until he could provide an M.R.I., then I watched him leave very upset with ought the pills. Here you say he is a “pill pusher”, and on many other sites I started to read up on, as I will continue too. I do feel sorry for you and what your going through, but seriously take a breather, relax, things will get better, they always do. Take care and may God bless you. Mr. Meek, you may have proven that Dr. Giacchino is as an unfit doctor/Chief Officer of Melrose Park Clinic, which I am already aware. The fact that you have been allowed to witness some of his patients with your own eyes and ears ask for various medications, proves that the Giacchino controlled Melrose Park Clinic has no regard for the privacy of their patients (even if they are drug addicts, they are entitled to privacy under HIPPA).

The statement of “witnessing with my own eyes and ears” of patients asking for medications could not be avoided as the patients I did hear were yelling at the doctor, and he told them to leave. That could not be avoided and does not make the doctor in any way unfit in anyway as it was the patient that was making it a public scene, not Dr. Giacchino. Dr. Giacchino has never said anything in front of me regarding any of his patients, it was the patients that made it verbal and public, he did not. Sorry to add fuel to your fire of debate that was not entirely accurate, I thought you got that in the way I did write it as the patients were yelling, not the doctor. Some things that I heard from yelling inside the closed door I know were not from the doctor, but again the patient. How can anyone hold the doctor at fault for this when it was the patient, as I stated, at fault. My point was “he is not an evil pill pusher” as you have stated. He does help, I understand how you could have misunderstood this as you are constantly looking for more help to get rid of bad doctors. I do applaud your work and time for many suffer from this everyday, but please try and not use me in this way as I was not stating any hard evidence of wrongdoing by the doctor, but the patients that gave up their rights the minute they decided to yell, not Dr. Giacchino. I see that you wish to clarify things now. According to your clarification, it was a number of patients that were screaming loud enough for you to witness with your “own eyes and heard the ‘pill searchers’ denied for medication they asked for with ought proper documents or M.R.I.’s or X-Rays.” And now you contend that these patients were yelling, requesting narcotics and creating a scene at the Melrose Park Clinic, while further announcing they were not in possession of the “proper documents or MRI’s or x-rays?” And you make no mention of the police being called, which is how a lawfully organized clinic should have handled a situation like the one you have described.

Mr. Meek, in your post script to me that you forwarded today, you claim to be “scared” of the following comment: “you could very well be hearing about this.” Mr. Meek, please understand that my intentions are appropriate. In fact, I have already taken the liberty of passing your incriminating information about Dr. Giacchino, along with your contact information to the authorities. Therefore, you could very well be hearing about this. Again, thank you for your name and email address.

Lastly, after reading your comments today, I question your credibility, while wondering ‘how much mind altering medication does Dr. Giacchino have you on’? Please get some help from a better doctor.

I have read your articles, including “an interview with joseph fosco”, to be honest it was boring you throw too many names around like what happened to you was not your fault. It seems to me you went looking for this, and gave money to people for whatever reason, but hey, it’s not your fault, right? Another thing, why were you so harsh with the last guy that commented, and everyone else that commented, not very forgiving, as I read you found yourself and God. God forgives, you seem to be going for vengeance to everyone that has commented on your twisted life, and this doctor, like it was his fault, even you went to him. Just an observation, I’m not slandering you, or accusing you of anything, don’t threaten me with authorities like you have with the other nice people that did not agree with you. My father always said “upon meeting 3 people through the day, and the first you don’t get along with and think he is an a** hole, he may be. The next person you meet and don’t get along with and think he is also an a** hole, he may be also. But the third person you don’t get along with and think he may be an a** hole, It’s time to look at your self, you may be the problem, not everyone else. Sam Chapman of Empower Public Relations, in my opinion, is not half of the sales person that his wife, Dr. Laura Berman is (Berman sells sex toys – Chapman sells reputations).
I just read Chapman’s comments left under the article titled ‘Is Empower Public Relations A Naïve Firm Or Plain Old Deceitful?’ published by KTF Media Group. According to Chapman’s blog comments, he has done a great job of showing us how low he can go. I think the article is dead on!
