Bridgeport has the usual Outfit activity, gambling, i.e., poker machines and sports gaming. I am sure they have honky-tonk businesses of different sorts paying protection money as well. The Caruso’s have had their share of the limelight, for behaving like animals. DiFronzo will continue to draw limelight simply because of who he is and whom he was with for the majority of his criminal career. Many thugs respect him because it is common knowledge among them that he is a sadistic killer. Thugs look up to that sort of thing. Dr. Giacchino looks up to killers. I would not be surprised if Giacchino killed someone personally or paid to have it done. He told me years ago it was something he wanted to do.

As far as power, Rudy did not have power on the outside. Rudy’s power was his ability to convince others that he was an Outfit boss, with Johnny DiFronzo as his backer. Rudy is nothing but a low-level gangster that seldom had the approval of DiFronzo for his harebrain schemes.

I am inclined to believe that mafia (Outfit) turncoats can survive outside of the federal witness protection program. However, I would not suggest that Nick (or others against the Chicago Outfit) live in Chicago as if nothing ever happened. I believe that some Outfit members and/or associates would murder Nick if the opportunity presented itself, such as if Nick moved back to Chicago. However, I do not believe that anyone would comb the Earth to find him as if it were the 1960′s again.

What fact do have also about Defilipis. What source broght you to choose them. Is it because they live near? Did you ever actually see Catalano in this office? I believe Catalano got out. I hate to go over board on this but I have to add another thing to my quest question. This reason because I hate people that make up stories about people then go around saying that, that’s the way in that person’s life, and that person never knew you even made that story up about him. Geez? can you provide this proof because how can you ask law enforcement to remotley look at this as a possible clue to give them when you need to show them where to connect it. According to close sources of the late Michael DeFilippis, Michael was tightly connected to the drug-dealing kingpin Joseph Giacchino, Jr, and not for appropriate reasons. And, according to a source that I have known for many years, who knew the missing Anthony Catalano, Anthony and Giacchino were connected thru prescription narcotic dealings. The DEA and Illinois State medical inspectors have the capabilities to verify if Catalano and/or DeFilippis had received prescription drugs form Giacchino, which would confirm said connections (this would be an additional verification). One problem, these two agencies sometimes elect to keep their information from outside sources, including victims and their loved ones and other agencies.

Initially, if the Chicago Police Department (CPD) feels that my article is lacking solid evidence, I would argue that such claim is premature, ignorant and downright stupid (however, I would not be surprised if some police officers that serve the public without having a decent education might be unable to grasp my expert theory). I want to know if the police would consider Giacchino as a ‘person of interest’ and if not, why? I do not expect an arrest to be made because of the police reading my article, but I do think that the police should be compelled to take their investigation into a new direction and Giacchino should be questioned (unless suspects unassociated to Giacchino are ready to be arrested in the next few days).

I do not have a photo, tape recording or video of the crimes in question (what percentage of the amount of crimes committed are actually recorded?). However, I have my personal knowledge of an evildoer named Joseph Giacchino, Jr, who’s background is disturbingly consistent with a killer that would want Catalano and DeFilippis dead (on top of the fact that the drug dealing Giacchino was tightly connected to them).

I would not be surprised if the CPD would rather discount my expert theory than investigate it (for some it sucks to work for a living, especially when the aloof taxpayers are issuing the paychecks, regardless if work is being done or not). In addition, Dr. Giacchino has a significant connection to the CPD. Giacchino’s longtime associate and employee, Dr. S. David Demorest, served the CPD for many years as a physician that evaluates police officers for disability. I pray this is not the reason the CPD would refuse to consider the plausibility of my export theory on Giacchino.

Furthermore, I have acquired other small details from reliable sources that position Giacchino with the two victims, which were not for appropriate reasons. Thank you.

Its obvious that you have one helluva an axe to grind with Giacchino and the Outfit and I do admire the balls that you have shown in making your feelings known. However, these “sources” have you shared these opinions with the CPD detectives at Grand&Central where the disappearance and the murder are being investigated?     I realize that by appearing as if I have an axe to grind with the Outfit and Giacchino, my articles seems self-serving. In defense of such notion, be advised that I always print the truth and have never committed or been found guilty of libel and/or defamation.
    I have not directly shared my findings on the Catalano and Difilippis matters with the CPD, however, I am confident that my article has been detected by them, therefore, the CPD is likely aware of my information.
    Initially, I referred to Anthony and Michael as potential ‘weak links’, however later recategorized them as potential threats, which I feel gives a better accuracy to my message.
    If you remember the statement in my article that places emphasis on ‘Giacchino’s connections with Outfit bosses, or with other unstable and violent people directly connected to them’, you should know that I firmly believe that Giacchino could have orchestrated a hit on the victims, personally. As I have pointed out, Giacchino is connected to ‘other unstable and violent people’ connected to the Outfit bosses. I also shared in my article that Giacchino once told me that he felt he was capable of committing murder. What I failed to share in the article, I will gladly tell you here, Giacchino also told me that he always wanted to commit murder. The point of my article is to bring attention to a very sick man (Giacchino) that is under a great deal of suspicion for many twisted situations (including drug dealing). This same doctor was connected to both victims. It is my opinion that Giacchino could very well be the person that paid the Outfit underlings to take on a side job. Giacchino certainly has enough cash to work with.
    Am I wrong to ask if the police (assuming they have read my article and the comments below it) would consider Giacchino as a ‘person of interest’? Or should the police continue to turn-up zero leads?
    Here is my final thought. The police should consider Giacchino a person of interest based on all the true and verifiable points that I have disclosed about Giacchino via American News Post. I have merely put together a likely scenario using a real person with connections, opportunity and capabilities that was closely associated with the victims relating to improper activities. If the police refuse to consider my information as somewhat of a credible lead, I would be very disappointed.

The thing to remeber her that, this Giachinno as described would be a federal case not local. You did say this is DEA right? So understand that the CPD only deal with gangs. The if guided right will listen. So not to say you won’t get Giachino on , but my sggestion here is to go through the feds. Now regarding Catalano , So are you saying that possibly there are more guys out there doing this? If so tell me thier method of selling and not just some doctors list. I can get some names of individuals that worked in Giacchino’s drug racket. As far as connecting the dots, I would gladly assist law enforcement, however, I would require that law enforcement allow me to communicate with state agents, not the feds (unless the feds/DEA would allow a record of our communications to be established – otherwise I would not be willing to talk with the feds). As most people know, one unintentional incorrect statement could be costly as it is a crime to merely inadvertently miscommunicate information to the feds. Therefore, a record would serve as a tool to keep the communications clear, preventing any confusion or misunderstandings that could wind up appearing as dishonesty on my part, which, again, would be costly. Martha Stewart went to prison for allegedly misinforming the feds. Had Stewart established a record of her communications with the feds, she could have likely been able to rely on the record in her defense, which I am inclined to believe would have been a successful defense. In addition, Mayor Daley spoke to the feds a few years ago and insisted that his conversation be recorded, which the feds agreed to do. As I recall, the last time the feds attempted to talk to me about Giacchino, the FBI and state investigators agreed to a recording of our conversation, however, the DEA indicated it was against their policy. Therefore, I turned to American News Post (then known as KTF Media Group) to get my information on Giacchino out to the public.
The connecting of the dots is truly the job of law enforcement, however, again, I would be glad to assist and in a most prudent fashion.

Dr. Joseph Giacchino is a junior, his late father was a senior, obviously, and his son is the third.
Yes, there are other players. I am not a law enforcement official; therefore, I am unable to understand if the ‘others’ have been sought after. Again, I have put a great deal of information in the public arena, which should assist the matter (I would hope).
I contend that Catalano and Defilippis were selling narcotic drugs for Giacchino, according to my sources.
Dr. Giacchino’s home address is indicated in my article.
Dr. Giacchino is not one to ‘hang’ in bars. I used to see him at Erie Street Café in Chicago a lot and Philanders in Oak Park (I do not know if Philanders is closed or not).
Giacchino III is approximately 30-years old, or close to it. He has a milk white complexion, dark hair, fair build and stands about 5 feet 5 inches in height.

If we go with the thoery that Catalano drug connection brought him into El Jr’s house, El Jr may live close. The main reason i’d like to find out the distance between Ctalano Condo and El Jr’s home is because Catalano’s car was found outside of his condo with no finger prints, even his own. Do understand what I am getting at? That if an OD happened to Catalano and ilegal activity was going on at the time,the parties in the home hide the body of the od’d man. This was clean up work. Giacchino is not one that goes around playing cards at social clubs. However, he used to treat dozens of patients that frequented many different social clubs in the city and suburbs. Some of these patients were purportedly selling their prescription drugs. El Jr? I am sorry; remind me of whom you are referring to when you talk about El Jr.
I believe it would take a very dumb criminal to want a body to disappear simply because of an overdose. Overdoses could be detected, which would automatically prevent a murder investigation (in most cases). If someone overdoses while other criminal activities are being conducted, the others present at the scene would simply leave with whatever incriminating items in their possession. The criminal (or criminals) that caused Mr. Catalano to vanish was anything but dumb. Dumb people cannot make a body permanently vanish and get away with it.
I have not investigated much of whom Mr. Catalano’s drug clients were or where he sold his drugs, as I am not a law enforcement official. I am a writer that has personal knowledge of a sick and twisted man named Joseph Giacchino, Jr. And, I have reliable sources that have informed me that Catalano and Defilippis were tightly connected to Giacchino for the purposes of illegal drug dealing. After hearing that the police believe that both victims were involved in drug dealing, I felt that I had a duty to point out what I know about Giacchino and his purported unlawful connections to the victims, which are indicated in my article above. If law enforcement is not interested in questioning Giacchino as part of their investigation, too bad. Perhaps the police detectives are clairvoyant and know that Giacchino was not involved with the death and disappearance of the victims. However, if the detectives are clairvoyant, they would know who the perpetrator is, yet no arrests have been made. Again, too bad.

He also said that if i had any proof it were organized crime that he would bring me to the right detective for that. He said the proof i need would phots and solid. Unlike the victims (Catalano & DeFilippis), the FBI warned me on multiple occasions over the past 6-years that I was the target of a murder conspiracy, which gave me the advantage to be prepared for the unexpected (somehow, I doubt that the FBI gave the victims such a unique opportunity). In other words, I have been very careful for all of these years.
For the record, I want to make clear that I am not suggesting that the victims were necessarily a threat to Giacchino by informing on him; however, the victims might have been trying to extort him (some things law enforcement will have to confirm – I cannot do all the work for them because I lack police powers, obviously).
One more point for the record, I did not cause Giacchino harm; he caused harm to himself when he decided to become a criminal.

Now, I remeber who your talking about. I have seen Dr. Giachino. A long time ago and in the past for years I have went to the River grove Medical center. They have two vlinic , and I have been to both. For many years I have seen doctor Demerost. However, I had Dr. Giachinno , and I remeber getting frieghtened how he looks. He looked like a hippy with long hair. He didn’t deem noemal he had earrings on. I felt very uncomfortable near him. I’ve been to htier Melrose Park clinic because of the availabilty days to be able to them. I have seem many Doctors from that clinic over twenty yras’ Many be in the area have brought thier children tothem and now thier children are bringing thier children’ I’m saying there may be a potencial opportunity to recruit young nieve boys from this Doctor. However, I still need to see any probable cause that this or foul play has happened! Where is the proof to be able to get the cops gets a warrant. It is not my immediate desire to see Giacchino subjected to search warrants and/or an arrest relating to Catalano and DeFilippis. I would be happy if law enforcement merely questioned him for starters, to see where things go for now. How many times do you think Giacchino’s idol and mentor (John Wayne Gacy) was questioned by the police before search warrants were obtained (several times)? To my knowledge, Giacchino has not been questioned once.

The nuts of facebook are likely nothing but cranks. Giacchino is all over this deal, trust me. I am not saying that Giacchino is the only cohort here, but, according to my sources, he was all over the drug dealings of the two victims.
Giacchino has the psychological landscape, financial means, Outfit capabilities and the connections to the victims to be involved with the hit and disappearance of the victims. The only part of my investigation that needs some improvement is the precise motive (where the victims looking to beef on Giacchino, or extort him?). Let us pray that law enforcement begins using their police powers to figure out the one element that I am slowly trying to understand (the precise motive). As I once said, John Wayne Gacy was questioned several times before charges could be filed against him. Hey, im not going to mention my name. I know that Tony Catalano had a big problem with Willie Messino’s son Billy Messino Jr and grandson Joe Messino. Billy Messino Jr is the father of Chicago Police Office William Messino III. I know that Joe Messino and Bill Messino jr are violent ruthless people and Joe Messino has been in and out of mental hospitals for psychotic episodes related to crimes. What is frightening is that Dr. Giacchino has a very close relationship with the Messino’s and has relied on them for violent jobs in the past. Giacchino is also their doctor, or was their doctor before his medical license was suspended. I know that Joe Messino was one of Giacchino’s drug runners. As I mentioned, Joe Messino had a serious problem with Tony Catalano. I hope that Chicago police Officer William Messino is not the reason that the police investigation in to the two victims seems at a standstill.

The last time I saw Joe Messino was in the late 1990’s. I was with an older relative of his who was in my car and Joe was having a major meltdown over this relative. He jumped on the hood of my car, pulled a gun out of his pocket, and smashed my windshield with it. His relative commanded me to run him over and kill him, which I refused to do.

The last time I saw his father, Billy Messino, Jr, was in 2004 (son of the infamous Chicago gangster, Willie Messino, Sr). I was at the Melrose Park Clinic (go figure), meeting with Giacchino about some of our mutually owned automobiles, when Messino spotted me and proceeded to threaten my life because he claimed that a lawyer that I referred him several years earlier on a traffic matter for a relative of his did not work out, leaving him with a ‘supposed’, and mere $700.00 loss. I was forced to exit the rear door to avoid the lunatic. I remember very well the glowing look on Giacchino’s face as he witnessed this situation. I could tell that Giacchino was very impressed by his friend Messino’s ability to intimidate.

Approximately 8-months ago, a friend of mine attended the wake of a family member of an office manager of Giacchino’s clinic. While in attendance, Giacchino had with him Bill Messino, Jr, and had him approach my friend to threaten him with bodily harm over a matter related to Giacchino.

Billy Messino, Jr, had a brother Chris that is now of late, who surprise-visited me during a breakfast meeting that I was having with my late friend George Colucci in Elmhurst, Illinois, shortly after the passing of Chris’ father. While we were walking to our cars after the breakfast, Chris instructed me to begin meeting him once a week to give him money, which was nothing but an extortion attempt. I simply got into my car, drove off, and never saw him again.

I hate to disturb your well thought out plot; however, I have been in the basement of Dr. Giacchino’s River Forest, Illinois, home many times, prior to ending my relations with him. I can attest to his basement being a well-decorated place with a state-of-the-art fitness center, wine cellar, walk-in cigar humidor, bar, and television area and posh bathroom, and changing room. The general area of the basement has plush carpeting that would easily pick up bloodstains if he had cut up a body down there, which would cause his wife to murder him in that basement, as she is the boss – a tyrant of a boss. The creepiest memories that I have about Giacchino’s basement is when he was in the process of laying out the plans to decorate it. Initially he wanted to design what he called an art display in one of the corners of the basement. It was going to be a mock graveyard containing a replica burial of the victims Gacy had in his crawlspace; however, Giacchino was going to add grave markers and name each victim. He was going to call it the Gacy Cemetery, similar to what he named one of his art galleries on the main floor of his home, which is the Gacy Gallery, which contains umpteen hand painted oils by the serial killer himself. Every time Giacchino explained his plans about this burial spot in his basement, he would laugh hysterically. I am pleased that he decided against it in the end. Although I have not been in that home since the late summer of 2006, perhaps he eventually assembled his art display in the basement. Before I forget, I should point out that he named his River Forest estate (his home) Summerdale. Summerdale is the name of the street that John Wayne Gacy lived on in the home that he buried his victims in.
I would not argue with you about your idea of Giacchino cutting up human bodies in his lab room. However, I would insist that he would use the Melrose Park Clinic for such carvings, not his home, as I said he does not have a lab room in his home. It is ironic that you mention porn activity taking place in the lab, because he used to nag people to get into the porn industry and use his clinic (after hours) for the theme.
One of the most uncomfortable experiences that I had at the Melrose Park Clinic occurred sometime in late 2003. I was sitting in the Melrose Park Clinic’s computer room working on the computer when Giacchino called my cell phone while he was in one of the examination rooms. He asked me to see him in the examination room. I quickly entered the room that he was located in to find that he was giving a 20 or 30-something year old African-American female patient a Pap test. After the patient left I scolded Giacchino for his behavior, however, he argued that he had no idea that I would come in the room as fast as I did, thinking that he would be done before I arrived. I asked him why he introduced me to the patient as his assistant. Giacchino explained that he wanted to put her at ease. I often thought about writing an article about this with the hope that the unidentified patient would read the article, come forward, and sign a complaint against Giacchino for inviting me in the room while she was naked.

My key point is “Pooh for Thought!” To explain this further, I had a strange experience last year, about September 2009. I received a weird little package on the ledge next to my door. That’s when he made the remark “Well if its organized crime, then they probably used a meat grinder!” Ok, this is what by, the evil doctor’s role with organized crime. T then searched a whole year for possible meat grinder connections in the neighborhood and that’s when I felt I only can come up with connections, such as, Grocery stores with Butchers. But, “Holly Cow!” and not Harry Carry saying it, I’m picturing that this evil doctor Jackal is the Butcher for organized crime. The pooh for thought is that can you imagine him scooping up his own pooper with doctors tools and doing this? And all because Tony Catalano ran off with his millions? Well, I hope so> I hope he got the doctor in the Achilles heel money bags groins where it hurts the most. However, his partner you say is the Defillipps kid he may have been the fall guy left been, poor thing! Ok I need to say something. There are more soldiers out there connected with this case possible from Elmwood Park that may have gotten double crossed by Catalano. See, Tony’s background is retail theft. So it would be right up his alley to take off. He may have may found out that this doctor is a Butcher a ran, living all his enemies in the dust in a smoke. Also the guys in the neighborhood didn’t tell anyone that That Tony was missing when they received there missing person’s flyer in there club. I thought that was both strange and probable cause! (Circumstantial) That’s nota normal reaction. It was until October 2009, that I worked in the Cumberland area that I came across at least 25 of the regulars that Tony hung with in the neighborhood. It blew their mind in surprised, complete with OMG, with eyes popped open! These guys still hang out at El Salutes a late night club located at Devon and River Rd. This is where Tony would hang after hours because it was a 5am bar. Then in October a seriously tall slender and vicious attitude came about in October 2009. In September 2009, in home depot a guy age 29 about 5.5 came in there bent over and just peaked at me and walked right out. He was wearing a signature jacket made up of a leather Italian flag. It wasn’t complete with out a Italian brim hat. Nope! You do not dress up, in the place where construction man and painters are the norm. Just this past year February, I walked back into JJ Peppers , located at Thatcher/ Grand, River Grove ; and 5 people (clerks/ costumers) yelled out to me “ Oh, they found the guy finally dead in the woods!” Remember now, that I just missed the woods search by 2 weeks and it was their JJ Peppers clerk that told me all about the search in the woods as I took the missing person’s flyer down and then while using their copy machine to make a copy and put it back up! I became Giacchino’s friend prior to knowing him well (a dumb thing to do). However, when a psychopath hides behind the mask of a healer and sports a valid medical license, some tend to trust such person easier than normal. I had no idea that he was a maniac until it was too late. In 2004, the FBI informed me that a ‘hit’ was placed on my life. Unfortunately, Giacchino discovered this information and insisted on brokering a deal with the Outfit thru his connections to secure a plan for me to remain alive, provided I pay up money and not work with the FBI. Unfortunately, the extortion that Giacchino orchestrated lasted a while. In the meantime, I learned a great deal about him. Because I was depending on him to protect me, I was compelled to ignore all of the horrible things that I found out about him along the way. All of this came out in my Civil RICO complaint that I filed in March 2009 against the DiFronzo brothers, Fratto, Cerone Esquire and Giacchino (unfortunately, the case was dismissed due to statute of limitations issues).
Giacchino is not religious. His view on the world pertains to wealth and greed. He looks at everyone as a sucker and he associates with people that he thinks he may benefit from. Look at his facebook message under his photo. The man believes that he can do anything. I would say he is not living in reality.

Very good! So you would agree, that per my conversation quest in that paragraph, that This doctor who idols John Wayne Gacy is Paranoid Schezefrantic with extreme violence. I am unaware of the information pertaining to your question about interstate freight transportation. However, I am aware that Mike Sarno is behind the scene of a lucrative importing and exporting company.

Please be advised I agree that police need probable cause to make an arrest. However, probable cause is not entirely as important in merely speaking to people of interest. That being said, does anyone know if the police have questioned Giacchino yet?

I understand the doctor is a deviant, the says he can get a lawyer, so the cops get nowhere! It’s a shame that ther is so much corruption in the neighbrhood. Oh I might add that the Catalano case consists only as a missing person, there were no drugs, guns, or money left behind in his condo. The guy I told about he had the bad connections not Tony. Unlike, the Defillipps case, that had guns, money and drugs.Even Tony’s cousin made the statement, the he had no money on him. Plus, there were signs of no robbery of any sort. The law on the books say, they need a reason question him. However, why wasn’t this done during the time, when they did an investigation they’d involved the doctor’s office closing? Ok the reason I was asking about transportation, is because of ilegal trucking distribution that can be in close relationship with Catalano, who has the town mob connections, not Catalano. Not saying that the doctor can’t be brought down, I am saying that are more players including witnesses.

The singers are credible witnesses for the states attorney’s office. There are too many witnesses. The cops a not moving forward because they have no body. Catalano doen’t not have the power the other guy I told you would have. He is a well King Ping in the hood. I can bet Catalano ran because of him. As far as I know, Giacchino is still dealing with his case with the State of Illinois and remains suspended, unable to practice medicine. However, he is managing to keep his head above water by purportedly tapping his wealthy sister and wealthy ex-wife (first wife of 3) for monetary help. In addition, he (as we all know) was able to reopen the Melrose Park Clinic under the medical license of another doctor, who likely shares his fees with Giacchino in a way that is undetected. Giacchino will never truly stop manipulating the system, thus putting innocent lives at risk until he is taken off the street. As I have predicted from the beginning, I am of the opinion that the IRS would be the best source to put Giacchino away.

Ok here I am with another question. Ready for it, ok, what was the bulk amount existent that Giachino sold to field soldiers to go to these streets? Would they possibly be in truck load amount? Possible in Cartel type cartons? Even 3 to 5 boxes at a time? Have you ever had your sources talk in rates about prior situations on drug participation out there? Or was that the existent of the conversation? I am looking at as drug trafficking of pharmaceutical narcotics for transportation and other street uses. That would bring outside factors like gangs. SQE, I dont know who you are but do know this…..1. Anthony would have NEVER run. He would have not have put his family through not knowing his fate…2. Gangs are just muscle who do not have the balls to touch a connected guy or the sophistication to pull off what occurred with Anthony and the DeFo kid…3.In both instances it’s fairly apparent that both were betrayed by those close to them. Anthony’s car was wiped clean and left in front of his building. Whoever did it did so as they knew that to leave the car in its normal parking spot would mean that they would be seen on the security camera-which could only mean that they had been to Anthony’s condo before or they would not have known this. The DeFo kid apparently let his killer into his home and apparently was attacked from behind. Guns and drugs were left at the scene so it is apparent robbery was not a motive. Gangs do not kill this way…only the Outfit does…If there is a difference between the two cases it is that DeFo probably was killed to set an example for those on the street probably as business partners felt he had wronged them. My feeling about Anthony was that they felt he was a potential threat in some way and that it was better to be safe than sorry…
What is done in the dark always comes to the light…Though the Chicago Police will never close either case it is a good bet that eventually the FBI or DEA will eventually grab someone up who was involved with either case–or both of them–and that he will roll on everyone else involved to save his own ass… If Giacchino has lost his medical license he is not nearly as useful to the Outfit as he was once. Who knows?? The time may come when he is seen as a threat to the Outfit in that if he were pinched he has enough info to take alotta people down with him yet at the same time cushion his fall.
Though your posts are often rambling and difficult to read, it’s obvious that you did know Anthony. To this day it is difficult to accept not only that he is gone but the matter in which he must have left us. Whatever happened that day it’s my guess is he didn’t see it coming. Ok, now I want to ask you about “Chop Shops.” When I told you about what that psychic said, I found it interesting! Again, he said “what I’m picking up is that he got in a car with a black guy and never came back, His body is in a used car lot.” Now that I think about it, I am thinking about used lots connected to “Chop Shops and salvage shops. Now I am wondering, this would be a place for the neat removal of finger prints. The fibers would have been found to match this type of clothes. I might wonder that was the finger prints wiped off the hood by the engine? This would mean the predator knew the victim, wouldn’t you think? If he knew where to repark the car? I would suspect there were no security cameras on the parking area itself. Most forensics has powders and iodine’s to pick up traces of shoe prints that are latent on surfaces. It’s amazing the amount of shoe prints where not picked up? So, my question is on “Chop shops?” What kind of syndicate characters do you know are into that area? This sounds like it may be staged, possibly by plan B? I might wonder if Tony has fear of a close person to the family that can’t be trusted. I want to bring up 2 interesting pieces of theory that comes to mind based on the MO brought about by “Concerned,” I noticed you used the term “Banged on the phone!.” Providing, if this were a credible event that actually happened of course. Then in your opinion would you not say that when he’d be “banging on the phones,” after he left his condo that morning that he disappeared, at 9:30am? According to the police MO on the internet for the Catalano cases, it states that he was last seen leaving his condo at 9:30am that morning from the cameras. I will go with the theory of him being ambushed. Also, I have psychics that have described this ambush theory. The question is on proximity? You can measure the proximity of how long it took Tony Catalano to come from his condo and the last phone call he made. This will coexist with the trace evidence of which the parties were that he “Banged” on the phone with. If he were ambushed he has been on the phones or not at the time; and then banging on the phone would also show evidence of an upper rush from and adrendeline high, and the opposite Deviant parties, are so present. This can be a Civil case for the family, if they can prove evidence which apparently they have in his body.

I only know general information about Joe Messino. I have already shared most of it throughout this comment thread. Joe is the grandson of the late gangster, Willie Messino. Willie’s entire immediate family and their children are close with Dr. Giacchino. Joe Messino has committed crimes, some against me, because of many inappropriate reasons, including mismanaging his psychotropic medication. Joe Messino is approximately 30-years of age and he stands approximately 509, weighing roughly 180 lbs (last I saw a while ago). I have sources that indicate that Joe Messino is a drug dealer. In fact, Joe Messino’s father, Billy, once boasted to me that his son takes part in illegal activities. From what I understand, Messino cheated Tony Catalano on a major drug deal a few years ago. Yes, in my opinion – now that you ask, Joe Messino could very well be the missing link in all of this. Furthermore, I would not be surprised if his father took part in helping him. Thank you.

I am confused about one sentence that stood alone by itself It stated that Michael Defillipps had $6,000 in his trousers. If you read that sentence, it can be taken either way. Did they mean when he rolled into Naperville?

  Thank you for that. See,I have found Micheal Defillips parents and sister poster set up along the Grand and Harlem area only one week proir to this story being placed onto the internet. I saw it was someone I knew and was stunned! I am sorry I didn’t see it on TV. So, I take the posters with me just 2 to make copies. I wanted to find the Defillipps parent’s and tell them I might have something that may be of service in thier quest for answers. I have something to tell his parents about a description of 2 guys Micheals age. Anyway, I thought it were strange that this crew story would appear here in these feeds. I was just thinking to myself yesturday, that If the Defiilipps parents knew any of this crew business then why would they put up posters? To anyone who wishes to read this path I am speaking of where I came across, these posters for a $5,000 reward at. Julies, the bakery and the liquor store. plus the train station at Neva stop! Tell Kathy Defillips , I’m sure her son told her this one; that I am the one whom, Mikey’s friend that shot the bee bee into the window of when they 2 boys were just mischief makers in Elmwood park at age 12-13! Very recently, Joe Messino (observed by two witnesses) was creeping around the home belonging to one of my relatives. It is suspected by some people that I maintain residence at said location. And a surveillance camera captured an image of Joe Messino’s vehicle. It is obviously more than a coincidence that in the wake of murderous phone threats made by Messino to me that he would be stalking an area where I am suspected of living. A report on this matter has been made to the appropriate authorities.

Joe if you are so sincere about the Catalano family then why are you calling waht I have to say offensive about, there being other phone threats out therepossibly connected to the Catalano case? Especially there are several peopele including the CPD that know about those phone threats? I told 5 people in facebook and I could go to other public media to tell them this! It’s a shame that both families are seeking media help and the one person that tries to help you find offensive! Both famalies didn’t know they were going to find these stories among there feds! So now why are you suddenly sincere? What is wrong with me suggesting you should go to the States Attny? I don’t get it? Don’t you know that all of this is “Probable Cause ” for both families? You intrude in their lives with no warning! Even concerned said the family has gotten the same reaction from Mario Gonzelez, so why is that offensive?

I have been reading these post for a while and have decided to ask a question? To Joe the editor can you please explain how you traced this Catalano guy to Messino? All I keep reading is Messino? As I read in these comments, it says that this Catalano guy knew Joe messino and had owed money to in the early of 20′s. So what would make this Catalano guy go back and get involved with more drug dealings? This Catalano guy was ripped off, as my understanding, then why would he doing more business with Messino again 15 years later? Has anyone ever showed you proof this took place recently, before the guy turned up as a missing person?

To Tony, regarding your obnoxious comment about me keeping my post on the right mag article; just let me say this, this if it has to do with Organized Crime doesn’t it belong on all posts, and pages. And also, Machinery wishes to add something back or come forward, isn’t that a good thing? It was at a bar, he was seated at a table. It was for 3 hours, and that’s what scares me about him of all people who disappeared! Like I said why does this bother you that I care what happened to him? The fact, Because, Joe answered me back about the rumors and the person’s disposition on the subject, of the Defillips case; shows that I did they right decision making, by inquiring about what was being said on here, regardless, of where! I am sure that a few people know something as to what happened to one or the other of these 2 young men. their has been many great tips sent to Joe Fosco and we thank him enormously. please do not let these guys lives go in vain. Its time you do the right thing and let the police know or if your affraid of a leak or you live in the area contact the FBI. I am sure they will help you. It must be a huge weight to carry such knowledge all this time. I mean it’s inevitable that if he hangs at Piazza Cafe (Addison and Forest Preserve Dr.) that Messino would also hang there?
