Interesting. If true, I am not surprised. Mary Ann could be extremely deceitful when she wants to be. If I recall correctly, sometime in the spring of 2009, Mary Ann racked up another gambling debt that she desperately needed to hide from her brother Skip. According to Mary Ann, her brother Skip restricted her spending because of her reckless gambling problem. In fact, she told me that one of Skip’s friends that has a wife that works as an accountant monitors Mary Ann’s spending for him. I know that Mary Ann was very upset about it.

Getting back to the springtime of 2009, Mary Ann asked me to help her establish an alibi regarding 5 or 10-thousand dollars of her gambling expenses. I realize that does not seem like a great deal of money for Mary Ann, however, Skip was watching every penny like a hawk, as he detests her gambling addiction. Therefore, as a friend I agreed to help her. I remained on standby in case the accountant would call me to verify that I received some money for a personal matter. However, I never heard from the accountant. This fiasco took place a little after the time Mary Ann bestowed a little money upon me to cover part of the research on the RICO complaint that I filed against the Outfit. Mary Ann discreetly hated the Fratto’s so much that she took a personal interest in my RICO complaint (however, she is quite capable of resuscitating her relations with people that she does not like, such as Fratto, and may have done so by now – Mary Ann’s purported wealth provides her the unique tool to reestablish seemingly solid relationships when she decides to). Poor and desperate people usually try to stay on Mary Ann’s good side, which usually never amounts to anything substantial for the poor fools. In addition, Mary Ann tried to have one of Rudy’s sons thrown out of high school because she was sure the son lived out of district, which she was incorrect.

Oh, more of this coming back to me now, she asked me to submit an IOU to cover her ass with her brother, however, I could not mention the money pertained to research on the RICO complaint (Mary Ann said the IOU would never be enforced).

By May or June 2009, we entered in to a partnership in an antique store. Mary Ann agreed to put up her end of the money before I met with the property owner and signed a 2-year lease, which comes to a great deal of money. Mary Ann insisted that I personally grantee the lease without her being named on it. She was worried that Skip would have a baby over the liability it would bring having her name on the lease. Despite the wealth of the family, they are very money-minded (except for Mary Ann). I saw no problem with it, as I assumed Mary Ann would honor her word. I thought Skip would be sure to allow her to use some of her money on a legitimate business venture.

To my surprise, Mary Ann did not come up with an additional penny for our business. She cited a concern with one of my employees that barrowed her jeep (that she bought from her sister for her son one year early of his 16th birthday), he apparently kept it for one extra day, which supposedly upset Mary Ann. Sometime after that, Mary Ann explained to me the problem indicated in the article above regarding her dangerous involvement with Rudy Fratto and his associates caused her to back out of our short-lived business venture all together. The only reason that I am not suing her for breach of contract is because I feel sorry for her. She got in way over her head with Fratto and his associates, which is why I authored the article above last September, I want to shine a spotlight on Fratto and his dealings, and in this case, it involves two beautiful and innocent children – Mary Ann’s children. I pray to God that whatever exposures her kids have had with Fratto and others like him does not turn out to be a tragedy for the Mungo family.

You must be wrong! There is no way Jerry’s family would ever allow Mary Ann the opportunity to manipulate them like a bunch of fools. Mary Ann lacked the decency to attend her former mother-in-laws wake and funeral (God rest her soul). I know the family well enough to know that Mary Ann’s charm and wealth will not penetrate the family’s good values.

However, in a weak moment, if Jerry’s family decides to forgive Mary Ann for the sake of her children, I believe that Mary Ann would take advantage of the situation and play it against Jerry to further complicate his relationship with his children, as Jerry is currently embroiled in a personal family debacle relating to a number of indifferences.

Oh my God, I would hate to think that Mary Ann would use the timing of such a hurtful situation to further her attack on Jerry.

Now, I am compelled to go a little deeper here. Perhaps the information I am about to share will one day reach Jerry’s family. I mean this in a positive way, of course.

Mary Ann Mungo had confided in me a great deal of information over the past 7 or 8 years of our acquaintanceship. She informed me that she is still outraged that Jerry divorced her, despite her claim that she was cheating on him with her previous lover, prominent Chicago Attorney Marc Martin, who bestowed her 3-digit license plate upon her. Mary Ann told me that she asked one of her married boyfriends, Mike Posner (indicated in the article above) to have his friend, Illinois State Senator Jimmy DeLeo create some red tape for Jerry’s business venture a number of years ago, which seemed to play out just as she described.

Mary Ann has underhandedly caused her ex-husband to lose his job. Sadly, I inadvertently aided and abetted her in this particular situation. If my memory serves me correct I allowed Mary Ann the opportunity to rely on one of my personal assistants to help her make some phone calls sometime in the fall of 2007, thru the winter of 2007-2008. Not until a considerable amount of time had passed did I learn the true nature of her intentions related to my personal assistant helping her with these phone calls.

Apparently, my assistant placed Mary Ann on hold while he phoned a list of people on our other business phone, on Mary Ann’s behalf. Among the individuals on the list, that Mary Ann provided was Jerry’s employer. From what I have learned, Marry Ann took advantage of my assistant by making him believe they were playing a joke on a friend of hers. Not so.

What I have recently come to learn is that Mary Ann Mungo advised my assistant to misinform Jerry’s employer citing that Jerry is a criminal who is currently under investigation for dangerous criminal activities. Sadly, this caused Jerry to lose his employment. To make matters worse, Mary Ann purportedly brought it to the courts attention (family court) that Jerry was no longer employed, which compromised his ability to pay child support. Mary Ann has been desperately trying to have Jerry incarcerated as a dead-beat dad. In my opinion, Jerry’s inability to catch up with child support stems from the underhanded interference that Mary Ann has caused with her wealth and connections. In her words to me, she relied on a State Senator (Jimmy DeLeo) to sabotage her ex-husband’s business plans for the purpose of jackpotting him in family court. And she used me to get to my assistant for the phone calls to Jerry’s boss. Now I understand what she meant every time I heard her say, ‘I will get even with Jerry by putting him in jail if it is the last thing I do’.

To think of all the good things Mary Ann could do with her wealth, she would rather feed her reckless gambling addiction, spend hundreds of thousands of her late father’s dollars on her wardrobe and torture her ex-husband (not to mention what it is doing to her children). What shocks me is this spoiled little girl comes from two of the most wonderful human beings in the world, the Late Frank Mungo and his lovely wife of many years, Elizabeth.

For all parties involved, I pray to God that Mary Ann gets help and goes on with her life appropriately. I pray that Jerry is granted a reprieve from the Hell Mary Ann has put him through for many years. Most of all, I pray that Jerry and Mary Ann’s beautiful children one day forgive their mother for what she has done. May God prevent these beautiful kids form sustaining permanent damage from the emotional stress inflicted upon them by their mother’s despicable actions.

In September 1986, Louis Marino sued the FBI for allegedly stealing his car while he left home for the 4th of July. Marino had left his Chrysler Fifth Avenue at his brother’s house in Cicero for the weekend, and the FBI was alleged to have stolen his car and replaced it with a different Chrysler Fifth Avenue. Marino returned earlier than expected and noticed the switch.

The FBI returned the vehicle after Marino reported the theft to police in Cicero. Marino claimed that after the car was returned, he noticed holes in it, suggesting that either the FBI had planted and removed listening devices from the car, or that it had intended to place listening devices in the car.

My relative was once a prominent worker in Chicago ristorantes (until about 7 years ago when he was fired from both of his jobs for making ‘unwanted advances’ toward some customers.)
He has finally given me permission to publish his Nickname, so people like Joe Fosco will see that I have credibility. Everyone knew him back then—his nickname was “Tiddy” Genoa from Mount Prospect , Illinois . (I cannot publish his first name or last name.)

The year was 1990.
Tiddy was asked to bartend Sam “Blackie” Carlisi’s making ceremony. Joe Ferriola was also being made. Swearing in the ‘Oath’ known as Omerta” was done by Anthony Francis Daddino, also known as “Jeep.” The Outfit bosses had a pronounced disagreement over this because Anthony Accardo did not want new made members, but Joey “the Dove” Aiuppa did want new made members. The two families almost went to war (running gun battles in the streets) until Joey “the Dove” Aiuppa won what was an especially convincing argument.
The Outfit trusted Tiddy, but he refused their advances that he should join their organization. He knew the mob bosses would steal from his deep pockets. Out of an abiding respect, he bartended the making ceremony that was being held in Jeep’s basement in Rosemont IL because Jeep had a professional grade bar in his basement. In attendance were Carlisi, Ferriola, LaValli, Jeep, Tiddy (who is my relative), and Jeeps grandchildren who were small children and had no idea what was going on. In other words, it was safe especially since they stayed upstairs watching a children’s film. No one else showed up out of fear for the Rosemont Police Department.
Jeeps had installed some subdued lighting to make it dim in his basement which closely resembled the ambiance of a ristorante. On the table were 3 swords, 3 guns, 3 holy funeral cards, and a smoldering fire in a large ashtray. Jeeps spoke in Italian and everyone understood what he was saying. Tiddy especially understood the gravity of the exact secret words being used. Jeeps spoke italian for about two and a half hours and then they took the ‘Oath” known as ‘Omerta.” Then they burned their hands in the smoldering fire and shook hands and celebrated.
After one too many Canadian whiskeys, Jeep felt comfortable enough to fly into a rage on account of Anthony Accardo trashing him behind his back. He walked across the basement floor, picked up his Zenith, smashing it to pieces on the floor. Jeeps preceeded to stomp on it, meanwhile Ferriola (feeling like a coward) walked over to Jeeps’s old-fashioned radio and tried to pry it apart with his bare hands (trying to reveal his true manhood. Yeah right!). Jeeps objected because that was his own valued property.
Jeeps was worried that news of his rage would get back to Anthony Accardo, so he rubbed his lucky rabbits foot that he kept on him at all times. It was from the old country (Italy), where it was known as “coniglio.” [Joe knows what this is.]
Little did anyone know that Jeeps had been rubbing his lucky coniglio’s foot all day because he falsely thought the making cetemony was designed as a set-up for his own demise (a surprise mob hit). He had recently fallen out of token with Anthony Accardo, so he was worried that Carlisi, Ferriola, and LaValli were going to attack him with the ceremony’s props, which were actual weapons: 3 swords and 3 guns!
[How did Tiddy know this last part about the rabbits foot, you might be in the process of ask yourself? Because Jeeps called Tiddy and confided in him the next day! They spoke in Italian. They both had a strong laugh about it. Jeeps even offered Tiddy double his salary, but Tiddy refused out of a sense of strong loyalty.]
Tiddy collected his wages and his $1,000 a-piece-in-tips and got the livin hell out of there before he witnessed too much and before they flew into more rages. Titty knew that Ferriola and Jeeps (his friend) could treat him like the Zenith or the radio in the turn of a dime.
Tiddy made approximately $4,500 that evening for his work as a bartender at Carlisi and Ferriola’s making ceremony.
The Aftermath
The Old World mafia don himself, Anthony “Jeeps” Daddino, died a few days before August 8, 2008–the anniversary of Jerry Garcia’s death. Daddino died of natural causes like all successful mobsters do. His feud with Anthony Accardo was taken to his grave.

The contents of Nick Calabrese’s 302′s are not a matter of public record and won’t be until his death. Dem’s da rulz according to FOIA.

Due to public interest, the FBI released a few tidbits concerning Mooney’s murder to the press after the Family Secrets sentencing was over.

These are the tidbits:
Accardo ordered the murder (which everyone already knew)
Frank Calabrese Sr. & Ronnie Jarrett furnished the silencer
Angelo LaPietra ‘disposed’ of the gun & silencer (which were later found, I believe in the state of FL)

Giancana’s murder is not yet considered “cleared.”

Conventional wisdom credits Tony Spiltro with the murders, as he was a rising star in the Outfit at the time. And, as Mooney’s neighbor, had become good friends with him.

John DiFronzo’s name has never been mentioned in connection with the Giancana’s killing. (In fact, I’m not totally sure No Nose wasn’t in prison at the time.) I’m not saying Joe is necessarily wrong or is lying, but Joe is involved in sticky situation with John DiFronzo and may have just said that to make trouble for No Nose.

I’m just a fellow commenter and everything, but Joe is correct. Here’s just a few holes I’ve been able to find in Tiddy’s account. “LaValli” (should be spelled “LaValley”) wasn’t Italian, so he wouldn’t have been made nor would he attended the ceremony as a guest. Ferriola died in 1989, so he wasn’t even alive at the time of this story. Carlisi was a front boss in 1990, so he would have been made long, long beforehand.

Also, Jeep Daddino was never in a position to be swearing people into the Outfit. Frank Schweiss was higher on the food chain than him, and Schweiss wasn’t even Italian. Chances are Jeep never even met Accardo, let alone had a feud with him.

There’s a lot more discontinuities in your stories that aren’t worth exposing, but, yeah man, Joe’s correct, you need to get a new source before you publish this stuff for real. Sorry.

It was explained to me by a reliable source that when the Outfit commissions a hit, a great deal of work has to be done. Especially on high profile hits, like Giancana. This work is spread out among several people. A couple of people case the subject for a while. They report to someone their findings. That someone confers with an advisor or two. They decide how to approach it. The people that did the casing are sometimes not the intended shooters. Now comes the shooter. Before you know it, they come up with a different strategy and call off the original one at the last minute. They regroup and delegate different people. At the time of the actual killing, many people are in place. Lookouts, distracters, get away drivers, etc.

A hit is not decided the night before someone is murdered – perhaps in the old day but not in the last 30-years.

I have to ask, is it hard to believe that DiFronzo was involved in the Giancana hit? He rose very quickly after the Giancana murder. Johnny was around since the 50’s, however, his reputation became known after Giancana was murdered. DiFronzo did not rise to his level by accident. This man made his bones. Many sadistic killers fear DiFronzo, why? Not because he is a sweetheart, but because he is among the most ruthless killers that have ever walked the streets of America.

Can we prove DiFronzo participated in the Giancana hit, probably not. Can we prove that DiFronzo participated in the Spilotro hit, probably. The US Attorney could simply indict him tomorrow, walk Nick Calabrese back in the courtroom, and let the jury hear his testimony. Corroborated or not, the jury will find DiFronzo guilty.

There is some truth in what Vin says to the extent that, yes, they do dim the lights during the making ceremony.

But in Chicago (and maybe Joe Fosco can verify this), the Outfit stopped doing the old fashioned gun, dagger, and burning holy cards thing in the mid 1990’s.

Let me describe the modern day Outfit making ceremony.

First the candidates enter the room, which is dimly lit.

This afternoon, I witnessed Rudy Fratto’s four children, his supposed semi-crippled wife and him plead with the judge for leniency. I feel sorry for the family. According to them Rudy is a good dad. The defense was seeking home confinement. However, the judge was not moved by the family’s words (I was wrong about my earlier prediction). Therefore, Rudy Fratto, Jr, was sentenced to 1 year and 1 day to the United States Bureau of Prisons. Rudy’s turn in date is April 28, 2010. However, Rudy’s attorney, Art Nasser hinted that more time would be requested later. I plan to write an article on this matter this evening. It will include the threats that were made to me today by Fratto.

I read a lot but don’t usually comment, and that’s the first time I’ve had that browser-freezing problem. The longer multi paragraph remarks are interesting a lot of times. But that’s the longest post I’ve ever seen by far.

If you’re interested in responding to Cologero’s question, you might want to copy + paste the list of names to a Word or Excel document and then put up a link to it on the thread like you did yesterday for that photo of the mob guys. Yes, Mary Ann was married two times as far as I know.

It is illegal to keep a father from seeing his kids; however, Mary Ann appears to be doing it in a clever way, staying under the radar.

In my opinion, Mary Ann controls her children with monetary things, in addition to her sly ability to manipulate circumstances to her benefit. The poor kids are too young and naive to understand. All they see is mommy swiping her credit card buying nice things all the time. And, the kids know that daddy is struggling in court, not able to keep up with payments.
