William III’s father, William Jr., who maintains a long association with Village of Rosemont’s hierarchy, was partially responsible for the collapse of the old Emerald Casino project because of ties to the Chicago Outfit. William Jr. is the son of the late Outfit higher-up Willie “Potatoes” Daddono, and has been married over 50-years to a sister of the currently imprisoned Outfit member Rudy Fratto, who was convicted of a bid rigging scheme that involved McCormick Convention Center.
You might think that John Rainone’s checkered past and heavy involvement with mobbed-up businessmen would assure that local police afford him no special protection. After all, how could people sworn to uphold the law give succor to a man involved with the Chicago Outfit? Were this most other towns, I would be happy to agree with this sentiment, but unfortunately Elmwood Park has a rich history of being influenced by organized crime.
The son of a late and close pal of Outfit boss John DiFronzo is a businessman by the name of Ray Morelli. Ray has done business with Rainone’s stepfather concerning the McCormick Convention Center in Chicago. He is also supposedly a very close friend of Elmwood Park Police Chief Frank Fagiano.
Earlier this month rumors began to swirl among an intimate group of people in and near the Elmwood Park area that the fix is in on the case involving Rainone’s alleged botched murder attempt. It is rumored that Rainone has a great deal of the Daddono family’s cash posted as bond on two serious felony criminal matters that are both presently pending. One matter is an intricate credit-card fraud case in federal court that involved the theft of millions of dollars. The other case is a Class X Felony drug case that is pending in DuPage County. Therefore, if Rainone were to face charges on attempted murder in Elmwood Park, he would immediately lose his freedom and bond money (which is to say he loses the Daddono family’s money). Obviously this is a state of affairs which someone like William III would like to avoid.

My writer received at least one phone call today from an Outfit bookmaker, claiming to be Saviano’s friend, in an attempt to coerce me into deleting Coconate’s recent
article.
I assume you agree with us. Do not delete. EXPOSE MORE AND MORE INFORMATION ON ALL THE COWARDS WHO ABUSE OUR PUBLIC TRUST AND REFUSE TO GET REAL WAYS OF LIVING. THEY ARE COWARDS. THEY ARE MORALLY BANKRUPT AND THEY HAVE NO CLASS — NO CLASS WHATSOEVER.
EXPOSE AWAY !,
