On today’s podcast/roundtable discussion my co-host Frank Coconate was absent. The guests included retired Chicago Police Sergeant Don Herion and a former Outfit Bookmaker that we will refer to as Mr. Harvey. Today’s show was primarily centered on sports-related information for those who are eager to know about the topic. I found it necessary to allow Mr. Harvey a great deal of latitude to share some very interesting sports stories. The sports topic was so intriguing at times that it took multiple attempts to bring the conversation to an end. I wish we had more time.
Any sports buffs out there who would care to ask any questions of Mr. Harvey please insert a comment in the message thread below this article or email your questions directly to me at jfosco@americannewspost.com. We’ll probably see you next week. Thank you.

Can we ask him Outfit questions?
Absolutely!
Do you have a Mags update?
The update is that he is not doing anything noteworthy.
Any hopes of the polygraph? How do you think he’s earning money?
I have had very little communication with Michael since the show before last when I mentioned our agreement to do a polygraph test. He reported to me that he is in out-patient treatment for mental health issues. There was no mention of the polygraph test. I have heard two different stories on his employment. One story is that he is preparing to work at the Naperville Golf Course’s pro shop. The other story is that he works at a gas station in Bartlett, Illinois. In the meantime I do know that he borrows money off a disabled woman that he was once married to.
Furthermore, a few weeks ago I heard that Rudy Fratto works at a Subway Sandwich Shop that is purportedly owned by one of his daughters many lovers and/or husbands.
I would enjoy getting extorted for extra mustard : )
Every sandwich Rudy makes comes with a free side order of contempt 🙂
Does he actually work there or is he just on the payroll?
Funk, I wouldn’t have mentioned it if he was merely collecting a paycheck. Yes, he reportedly works there.
How hard up is he that he has to work next to jared? If true he must have been shelved.
Well he is appeasing a parole agent. However, he is hard up too.
Check out today’s podcast.
Rudy Fratto: “Subway Sandwich Artist”. Hilarious!
Man is this a depressing guy.
Ask him if knows what really happened with Celozzi and the little hot dog. I’ve been waiting for that story for months.
Ask me about Celozzi.
What about Celozzi?
He is a bum and a convicted fraudster who shows no sign of credibility.
Seems about right. Was he manipulating the little hot dog? Did he accelerate Tony’s downward spiral? Do you feel that his mullet will ever become stylish again?
Was and still is as far as I know. No comment on the mullet.
The Big Hot Dog ( living in the Ricky Schroeder Castle on 31st) needs to get the little hot dog away from the predator. Looked like there was some weird sexual tension as well. The hair on Celozzi matched the sweat pants.
Little hot dog?
I want to know if the bookmaker was ever scared for his life?
I believe he still is concerned about being harmed. We know Don is. However, I will pass Mr. Harvey your note to see if he will answer your question in his own words. Thank you LL. Yours, J
Great show Joe. Keep em coming. Funny to hear this stuff. I had a similar experience with a couple of college football games in the late 80s. I don’t know Harvey. Never met him. What Outfit guys was he working with? Seems like he’s been a beefer for a while.
I know Lenny Patrick was one person that he was involved with (IMO). I will give Harvey your question to see if he will answer it personally.
Please ask Harvey if LaValley handled any of his packages.
I believe he did mention that he had involvement with JL. Don’t quote me. I will double check to be sure and get back to you.
Thanks Joe. Please ask Harvey and Don to sign in the discussion. Perhaps we can ask them soem questions?
I’m concerned for his life right now. That is one magnificent pot belly! I know Link, I’m being a bully again.
Loss for words heavy nuts. I can’t stop laughing.
So… You are a cyber bully too ; )
Pleading the fifth here heavy nuts (;
It was a good show to watch. Harvey seems genuine and trustworthy. Definitely old school. Like Blue.
Thank you HDN.
And for the record, that chair never had a chance…
Joe, by the way, what knowledge do you have of Steve Mandel/Manning?
Not much more than what the papers are printing.
This guy seems like a real treat. He was bragging about EP. I have never met him. Can you ask Johnny if this guy was a waiter at the Loon years ago?
I think the Redskins vs Jets game “Harvey” spoke of was the Sept. 26, 1999 game where the Skins beat the Jets 27 to 20. What he said was exactly what happened.

Dear Joe,
Do you think that you could discuss Lavalley and gio during one of your round table discussions? Also, what ever happened to the guy named horsey?
Sure, Heavy. Not sure where the Horse has been.
hey joe good show. ask the oldtimer did he work for yaras.you never got to your piece on al vena his name came up in that mandell case.
Thanks Pat. Why wouldn’t Vena’s name come up? Everyone knows he is a vicious Outfit controlled killer who would do anything the Outfit orders him to do.
