Who is the only member of the Arab League to contribute anything to saving the Libyan people from destruction? Qatar, which has only a handful of fighter jets (mostly Mirage 2000s), has already sent four planes to aid in the Libyan no-fly zone.

It is much easier to just sit back and denounce military conflict after condoning it. It costs the Arab League nothing to cry foul, and might even score them some points back home when they ratchet up the anti-Western rhetoric. It is a sickening act of cowardice. It is also sadly expected of the kind of men that are terrified their own dictatorships might be dismantled by the same means farther down the road.
